One-on-One Life Coaching

Making change in life is a very personal process.  Many of us try to go it alone, but most often find that we simply can’t see our own triggers, behaviors, or coping mechanisms.  They have become part of who we are and it is not easy to untangle the web of cause and effect to get to the true belief that lurks underneath every unhealthy habit or block to our success.

Working one-on-one in a safe and judgment-free environment, we will:

  • Develop a deep connection with, and awareness of, SELF
  • Prioritize areas of your life that are not working to your satisfaction
  • Delve into the behavioral, emotional, and thought patterns that are blocking you
  • Seek the root belief for these blocks
  • Use the “Core Belief Examination Process” to reveal cause and effect patterns and determine beliefs which need to be released
  • Use the power of intention and the creative process to replace destructive beliefs with new and empowering ones
  • Set individualized goals and action plans to integrate your intentions into your every day life

One-on-one coaching may be done in person, via telephone or video call, or a combination of both – depending upon the situation.

Group Workshops are also available – and go through the same process, only in groups of five or more.  These workshops are held in person, on-line, and can make for a great experience when done within groups of friends, coworkers, or teams.
